Description:
The Solarbayer air-to-water heat pump
LWM 12 (12kW / 400V) is a compact all-in-one
device for outdoor installation. The system
controller with capacitive touch operation
enables monoenergetic and bivalent operation
with an individually adjustable bivalence
point for requesting an additional heat
generator (e.g. oil/gas heating). Equipped
with high-efficiency pump and fully hermetic
inverter-controlled scroll compressor. All
hydraulic components such as circulation pump,
external expansion vessel, safety and vent
valve, flow sensor as well as an integrated
backup heater and condensate tray heater are
fitted as standard. The refrigerant circuit
is fully integrated into the outdoor unit so
that no additional refrigerant pipes are
required. This solution is compact, easy to
install and saves space inside the building.

(DHW) tank with 260 litres and heating/
cooling buffer tank with 94 litres. The
double-wound XXL high-performance heat
exchanger in the DHW cylinder ensures
very efficient heat transfer, minimal
pressure loss and a high hot water
performance. The two-layer enamelling,
protected by a magnesium protective
anode, is durable and highly resistant.
Cleaning flange, circulation connection,
thermometer and sensor connection as
standard. Connection for immersion
heater when replacing the flange plate
possible. With the buffer tank at the
bottom, also with a connection for an
immersion heater, this tank is a compact
all-in-one solution. The tank acts as a
hydraulic separator for the heat pump
