Right to cancel and consequences for consumers

(Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither yours commercial or self-employed occupational activity.)

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right to withdraw, you must contact us (Solarbayer GmbH - Preith, Am Dörrenhof 22 - DE-85131 Pollenfeld - Phone: +49 (0) 8421/935980 - Fax: +49 (0) 8421/9359829 - E-Mail: info@solarbayer.de) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required. You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website (https://www.solarbayer.de/de/Widerrufsformular). If you make use of this option, we will promptly (for example by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right to withdraw before the expiry of the cancellation period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately refund all the payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs that you have chosen a different kind of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by us), not later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive the notice of your cancellation of this contract. For the refund we use the same payment, that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case you will be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You have the goods immediately and in any case send it back to us or hand it over no later than fourteen days from the day you give us the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days is expired. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You have to pay for any loss of value of the goods only, if this loss of value is due to an unnecessary dealing with the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

The right to withdraw does not include contracts

• for the delivery of products which are not prefabricated and for their production a special model or individual choice was desired by the consumer or that are unique manufactored to the individual requirements of the consumer,
• for the delivery of products, if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other products after delivery,
• for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, when the seal has been broken or removed after delivery.
