Shipping information
The transport and shipping costs stated here only apply to deliveries within the German mainland. The delivery time for packaged goods is approx. 1 - 3 working days, the delivery with forwarding agency takes place after telephone Avis, here the delivery time amounts to approx. 3 - 5 working days.
The delivery of wood boiler packages, heat pump packages and solar packages is carried out by a freight forwarder freight paid at an unloading point. Additional pallets (e.g. storage tanks or small pallets) may incur shipping costs according to the table below. Small items are delivered free of shipping costs with the wood boiler and solar packages, Parcels are usually shipped with DHL up to 30 kg.
If the goods are picked up, you can indicate this at the end of the order process. No shipping costs will be charged for pick-ups.
Orders with parcel deliveries outside the EU or shipping outside Germany can unfortunately not be completed in the shop, because the transport calculation is not possible here. Here you have the possibility, during the ordering process, to enter the delivery address and the Payment method and then in the checkout module to send the shopping cart as a request to us by e-mail. We will then send you an offer including the transport costs.

The parcel delivery to our logistics partners takes place exclusively from Monday to Friday inclusive. You will receive a shipping notification by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our premises.
