Commissioning
In order to be able to support you not only by phone or e-mail with our technical support, we offer you a commissioning by a trained Solarbayer customer service or service partner on request (only in Germany). Because only an optimally adjusted system ensures customer satisfaction for a long time!
What services are included in the commissioning?
- Adjustment of the Solarbayer boiler components and testing of the operating requirements.
- Instruction in the operation and maintenance of the system
- Common heating of the boiler
- Exhaust gas measurement with document printing
What is tested during the commissioning?
- Correct hydraulic connection
- Correct exhaust connection
- Existing chimney conditions
- Correct settings of the controller
- Correct function of the installed Solarbayer components
What does a commissioning by a service technician cost?
The commissioning is charged as a flat price without any hidden costs. The amount of the charge depends on the distance between the plant and the nearest service location. This is divided into five distance zones for simplicity. The working time is already included in this flat rate.
